At times, different team members handled different aspects of the process, such as document collection, scheduling, and administrative questions. In an ideal world, I would have loved having a single dedicated point of contact or 'client concierge' for those items throughout the process. That said, this was a minor issue in what was otherwise a truly five-star experience. Aimee helped guide me through one of the most stressful chapters of my life with professionalism, compassion, and grace. I am incredibly grateful for her support and would recommend her without hesitation.
