About Aimee Melich

Aimee Melich, Esq., was born in Caracas, Venezuela and came to Miami, Florida when she was 6 years old. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida International University with a degree in Criminal Justice in 2006. Thereafter, Aimee received her Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University in 2010 and graduated at the top 30% of her class. While at St. Thomas University, Aimee received Dean’s List multiple semesters and was the president of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers. She was an ambassador for the St. Thomas Law School Blog and participated in the summer abroad study program in San Lorenzo, Spain in 2008 and 2009. She was also a judicial intern in Broward County Courthouse, 17th Judicial Circuit of Florida under the honorable Ana Gardiner. 

Aimee worked for many years in the biggest bankruptcy consumer firm in Florida and has vast experience handling all types of bankruptcies. She was also a legal correspondent many years for a Bankruptcy and Real Estate televisión show on AméricaTeve and helped people get answers to their legal problems live on TV. She has vast knowledge in Bankruptcy, Debt Relief, Real Estate, Business Solutions and Asset Protection. She has business level proficiency in verbal and written Spanish. Aimee is a member of The Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle District of Florida.
